Shipping Information

Delivery times:

Spain: 1-3 working days

EU: 2-4 weeks

US / Rest of the World: 4-8 weeks

All orders are processed in 2-3 working days after receiving them. You will first get an order confirmation email and second a confirmation of shipment email.



All orders are shipped with a tracking number.


Lost / Delayed orders:

I am not responsible for losses or delays incurred by the Spanish Postal Service.

In case of a lost parcel please contact your local postal office and provide the tracking number I gave you. They might be able to locate or find out what happened with your parcel. I am also happy to help as much as I can if you contact me via email.


Damaged orders:

I am always making sure to pack your orders as safely as possible but in case anything like this happens please contact me at [email protected]

Please state your name and order number in the email and attach some photos of the damaged goods.


Customs fees / Import taxes:

Import taxes are not included in the items prices. I am not responsible for the costs of these fees.

Buyers are solely responsible for informing themselves about these taxes and paying them.

All orders are shipped from Spain so please make sure to check what kind of taxes does your country practice for incoming orders from this country.


Wrong items:

In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong item please contact me here: [email protected] . I can replace your item without any additional cost.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, I ship worlwide.


How much will my order take to arrive?

Spain: 1-3 working days

EU: 2-4 weeks

Please expect delays due to the COVID-19 situation. 

UK orders might expect additional delays due to BREXIT new customs policies.


Can I cancel an order and get a refund? 

Yes, you can cancel your order only if you didn’t receive a shipping confirmation email yet.

Please contact me via email [email protected] as soon as possible if you’d like to make any changes or cancel your order.

If you already received a confirmation of shipment email then you can’t cancel the order and won’t be able to get a refund.


Do you accept returns?

I can’t accept returns at the moment due to this being a small-business.

Unless the product you received is incorrect due to our fault we cannot accept returns.


What can I do if I submitted my address wrong at checkout?

Please contact me as soon as possible at [email protected] and I can sort this out. It is important that you do this before you receive the shipping confirmation email.

I am not responsible for the package being sent at the wrong address after you receive the shipping confirmation email.


Why hasn’t my order arrived yet?

In the unlikely event that your order doesn’t arrive in the specified timeframe please contact me and I can figure out a solution for your problem.


Why are the shipping rates so high?

Since I am a small business I can’t compete with the big companies small shipping rates. We do not ship in such large quantities as them so as a result we do not have such good contracts with shipping companies as they have.

I assure you though that I make the best efforts to give you the lowest prices possible. Please know that we appreciate you choosing to shop small and that I put a lot of love and effort in the products I ship to you. ♥


How can I purchase an art print that is not listed in your shop?

In case you want to buy a specific art print that is not available for sale in the shop please email me.


What is a giclée print? What materials do you use?

It is a fine art digital print made on a professional inkjet printer. The paper and inks used for this print have archival quality which means that if they are kept in good conditions (behind glass and not directly in UV light) they are guaranteed to resist over 100 years without any kind of degradation.

For our prints we use the highest quality materials.


Do you have custom sizes available for sale?

If you’d like to purchase an art print in a size that is not listed on the website please contact me and I can figure something out for you.
